OUR PURPOSE

For individuals with disabilities, everyday life can be challenging. The lack of accessibility and support for special needs can make everyday activities a challenge. Those living with different needs aren't given enough opportunity to enjoy extracurricular activities. We offer an adaptive approach to fun activities and show those with disabilities that they have the ability to experience joys that they may have not thought possible.

what we provide

The Beth Reale Foundation grants individuals with disabilities and their families the opportunity to enjoy time in Daytona Beach, Florida in a fully accessible and supported environment. We provide airfare and beachfront housing, along with fully accessible activities, such as fishing, boating and visiting local attractions. We also offer individuals special medical care while they are visiting.

BETH REALE

The Beth Reale Foundation was created in October 2017 when Al and Hannah Reale, Beth’s father and sister, decided to honor Beth’s life by touching the lives of disabled individuals and their loved ones.

Beth, who was disabled, passed away in 2009 at the age of 22. She was a humanitarian and a longtime volunteer working with elderly residents at the Cardigan Nursing home in Massachusetts, and was named by State Representative Frank Hynes as Cardigan Volunteer of the Year in 2003. In 2006 she was given the National Life Care Youth Volunteer of the Year award. Always helping others, she also appeared on a telethon with TV personality Natalie Jacobsen in support of the Genesis Fund to raise money for Children’s Hospital.

The Beth Reale Foundation keeps Beth's spirit alive by enhancing lives and making the world a better place.

JULLIE ANGELL

Director Of Community Outreach & Events

Jullie grew up living with a disabled cousin and a nephew with Spina Bifida.  This made her grow and understand the challenges of the disabled and those who love and care for them.  Her passion for giving back to her community led to the formation “The Family Jewels” that held events for local families in need. She’s very excited to be a part of The Beth Reale Foundation and the smiles and opportunities it brings to others!
